Volunteering With KRVM

Volunteers are the mainstay of KRVM and the key to our success. Did you know that all of the adult DJs/announcers at KRVM are volunteers? We also have many volunteers who help "behind the scenes" to keep the station going and growing. KRVM has many volunteers who have been with the station for over ten years - people just love KRVM!

It's more than great radio and great music, it's the people at KRVM that make it so special!

Volunteering is fun and rewarding. It's satisfying time spent meeting and working with people who share a common interest and a common goal. You, too, can become part of a volunteer effort that supports KRVM, a community radio station offering Real Variety in Music - 100% music, 100% of the time! Giving back just feels GOOD!

Some examples of what our volunteers are doing:

  • On-air hosts are volunteers.
  • This website is being managed by volunteers.
  • Volunteers work in the office.
  • Volunteers help with fundraising and public outreach.
  • Our event booths and live broadcasts are staffed by volunteers.
